1. Diploma in BioKinesiology

This course is designed for those with little or no knowledge of BioKinesiology. It covers the following areas:

• muscle testing
• nutrition
• digestion
• food testing
• health of the microbiome
• parasites, fungus, virus and bacteria
• toxic metals
• detoxification and liver health
• how to set up in business

The course content will be delivered in person over eight weekends, between September and May. Students will spend much of the time practising and perfecting techniques in a clinical setting. The ninth weekend will be devoted to the final exam. Additionally there will be nutrition training delivered online over the initial 6 weeks, for one hour a week.

On successful completion of the BioKinesiology Diploma, students will be able to set up in practice and avail of professional indemnity insurance.

2. Post-graduate Diploma in BioKinesiology

This course is designed for those who have successfully completed the BioKinesiology Diploma, or who have trained in kinesiology elsewhere and would like to learn more about nutrition and biochemistry. It covers the following areas:

• cellular respiration
• methylation
• steroid hormones
• pituitary hormones
• thyroid and adrenal hormones
• the microbiome and the immune system
• hypoxia
• neurotransmitters

The course content will be delivered in person over eight weekends, between September and May. Students will spend much of the time practising and perfecting techniques in a clinical setting. The ninth weekend will be devoted to the final exam.

On completion of the BioKinesiology Post-graduate Diploma, students will have a detailed understanding of biochemistry pathways in the body and how they are affected by micronutrients and macronutrients. This will enhance any treatments given by the kinesiology practitioner.
